Founded in Stockholm in 2012, JO&LYD is a Scandinavian-born, global luxury jewelry brand dedicated to refined materials, meticulous craftsmanship, and independent talent. We work primarily in 925 sterling silver, saltwater & freshwater pearls, and carefully chosen gemstones, creating pieces that feel calm, modern, and made to last. What began in a small Swedish apartment is now worn across Europe, North America, and the Middle East—yet our guiding principle remains unchanged: jewelry with meaning and lasting value.

Materials & Craft: 925 Sterling Silver, Pearls & Gemstones

• 925 Sterling Silver: Hypoallergenic and strong, with a luminous finish. We polish to a mirror sheen or a soft satin, depending on the design, and plate when appropriate to protect the surface.

• Pearls: We use both saltwater and freshwater pearls, chosen for their glow, surface, and shape. Every pearl is hand-matched to its partner for symmetry without losing its natural character.

• Gemstones: We select stones based on their clarity, color, and durability, favoring cuts that maximize light and preserve their integrity.

• Construction: Settings are tested for strength. Edges are smoothed for comfort. Chains are adjustable for a precise fit across necklines and layers.

Before any piece appears online, it undergoes hands-on inspection, including weight and balance, movement on the skin, and how it layers with a collar or rests against knit fabric. Only then does it become JO&LYD.
