Wooden pendant “Steel smile”
Are you surprised by the ugliness of the world? What are you doing about that? Do you accept it? Don’t you feel the voices coming from deep inside you? What did you do about them? What are you doing? You are the world. We are the world.
You have a duty to save the world. Your parents, grandparents, your ancestors… they call you. Through hundreds and thousands of years, all those voices are coming to your ears. They call you! They are begging you! Save us! Save yourself, save what we have given you. Save the world because your children must live in a better world. If they don’t, it will be your fault.
What kind of world do you want to leave for your kids? There is beauty and this is in the way we see things. Just claim the right for the beauty. Claim a better world. Raise your voice against immoral, and say…This is not the world I want to live in, and I’m the only one responsible.
I am the world. If the world is not what I was dreaming about, then it is my fault. I am responsible for that.
I scream, I fight and I have to win. It is a war where victory is the only option. I deserve a better world. Because I am a member of this world. We are the world. Because we deserve to live in a better place. I don’t deserve the darkness. We don’t deserve the darkness. Even in the dark, the stars that emit light are important. I claim the light to quench the darkness.
I’m not just a piece of wood. I’m your voice.
I’m all the words you want to say…
“Sometimes people are beautiful.
Not in looks.
Not in what they say.
Just in what they are.”
― Markus Zusak
